Following challenges are designed to test your endurance, agility, muscular strength through a series of functional challenge designed to push every aspect of your body and your mind. Have a look through each of the challenges to decide what level you are. Warning: make sure you choose wisely and if you have any questions, please talk to us at reception or talk to your Personal Trainer. Choose a challenge that tests your limits but don't go too easy or too hard.
