Strength Challenges

Following challenges are designed to test your muscular strength utilizing three main muscles groups of Chest, Legs, and Back. Have a look through each of the challenges to decide what level you are. Warning: make sure you choose wisely and if you have any questions please talk to us at reception or talk to your Personal Trainer. Choose a challenge that tests your limits but don't go too easy or too hard.
