Important

Following challenges are designed to test you muscular strength utlising three main muscles groups of Chest, Legs and Back. Have a look through each of the challenges to decide what level you are. Warning: make sure you choose wisely and if you hae any questions please talk to us at reception or talk to your traininer. Choose a challenge that tests your limits but don't go to easy or to hard.

 Entry

Elevate
