Motivation is the key
A vital aspect of success in the your challenge is maintaining your motivation
Every week on your 12 week challenge journey you will receive an email from us as a mental boost. Be sure to read these as many times as needed during that week, particularly the motivational section. Ideally read them before coming to the gym and when your motivation is waning (don't worry everyones does from time to time).
We would also encourage you to research your own motivational images, quotes or stories, because only you can find your true inspiration, that thing that at you lowest moment will pick you up and get you right back on track. Make sure you have whatever motivational tool you find in an easy to reach place, ready for you to read or view at a moments notice. This can be in the form of a scrap book, diary, smart phone or tablet; just be sure to have it with you where ever you go.
