Always think positive

Always think positive

The most powerful thing you will ever have is your brain...

..and the thoughts and actions you create with it. Any success experienced by anybody originated from the thought and actions created by theri brain. It is amazing to think,  what has been achieved with thought alone. It is the single most powerful motivator for positive change and unfortunately for negative results if you let it. To succeed in anything you do, it has to start with the right thoughts. During your journey on the 12 week challenge you will experience a number of thoughts both negative and positive that will create emotions of joy, success encouragment, but also doubt, dread and lack of enthusiasm. This will be experienced by everybody. What counts is what you do to embrace the positive and get rid of the negative.

The 12 week challenge is not only a physical challenge to change your bodies look and your health, its also very much a mental challenge, which will test your dedication to your success and your mental additude and stamina. How badly do you want to succeed, how much do you want this.

Notes From A Friend by Anthony Robbins

If you think you are beaten, you are
If you think you dare not, you don't,
If you like to win, but you think you can't
It is almost certain you won't.

If you think you'll lose, you're lost
For out of the world we find,
Success begins with a fellow's will
It's all in the state of mind.

If you think you are outclassed, you are
You've got to think high to rise,
You've got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize.

Life's battles don't always go
To the stronger or faster man,
But soon or late the man who wins

Walter D Wintal
