Before you start your 12 week challenge, you will sit down with one of our personal trainers and they'll take your measurements and photos aswell as give you an exercise program that is custom designed specifically around your 12 week goal.

There really is nothing like taking a journey like the 12 week challenge with your significant other. Together you can support and motivate each other throughout. You will participate in the challange with your own goals, but will be judged on your overall results as a couple.
