Our weekly fitness challenges are quickly becoming famous with all of our members!

Our challenges are a fantastic way to increase strength, endurance and motivation by testing yourself and your progress each week, all while adding variety to your training! Every Monday we will post the workout for the week as well as times to beat and our gym standings.

Please remember if you try any of these challenges to warm up first.
