Workout Of The Week - Week Five

This will get the shoulders burning. Time yourself to complete the following exercises without resting.

- 400m Incline Treadmill Sprint (Incline Level 10)
- 100 x Alternate Dumbell Presses. Girls 4kg, Guys 6kg
- 4 Lengths Backward Tiger Crawl
- 2 Lengths Moving Press Ups
