Workout Of The Week - Week 1

This is the start of a new round of challenges. Over the next 6 weeks we will post 6 new challenges. For those at Fitness Canterbury each challenge is now worth double the points.

-Sled Pull/Push - Men 60kg and Women 30kg
-5 x Pressup Jumping Burbees (Men)
-5 x Jumping Burbees (Women)
10 x Full Pressups (Men)
5 x Full Pressup and 5 x Pressups in Knees

Repeat the above x 5
