Workout Of The Week - Week 10

300m Row - Set the resistance to level 10
15 Jumping Burpees
4 Around the worlds

Rest for 40 seconds and repeat.

Perform around the worlds in the opposite direction to the direction you started with.

Time yourself for all exercise, less the 40 seconds rest.
