Workout Of The Week - Week 12

This is a great workout for overall body strength and endurance.
Time yourself to see how long it takes to perform all exercises with no rest. Good Luck!

-1KM Bike Sprint - Guys level 12, Girls level 10
-20 Frog jumps - Hands must touch the floor
-20 Lunge Jumps - Knees must touch the floor

Repeat all the above before moving onto

-20 Plank position to push up position
-20 Push ups - Women can do this from knees
