Workout Of The Week - Week 2

This is week 2 of a new round of challenges. Over the next 6 weeks we will post 6 new challenges. For those at Fitness Canterbury each challenge is now worth double the points.

Timed:

- 400m Sprint on the treadmill
-Crab Walk
-10 x Box Jumps on 45cm Box
-Crab Walk
-10 x Box Jumps on 45cm Box
- 300m Row. Level 10 Resistance
