Workout Of The Week - Week 9
This week you are only completing two exercises. But we gaurantee you will still be breathing heavily afterwards.
Time how fast you can complete both exercises.
First run between each metal plate followed by 1 burpee, immediately run between each plate again followed by 2 burpees. Continue the process until you finish off with 10 burpees.
Then simply skip 200 times as fast as you can.
