Workout of the Week - Week 4

This should get the heart rate going.

Week Four is timed.

  • 30 Jumping Lunges (15 each side).
  • Sprint between the two metal plates three time. Hands must touch the plate.
  • 20 Ball Thrusts.
  • Sprint between the two metal plates three time. Hands must touch the plate.
  • 10 Bosu Ball Press Ups. Alternate to complete 5 each side.
  • Sprint between the two metal plates three time. Hands must touch the plate.

Repeat everything two more times.
