Workout of the Week- Week 7

Fastest time to complete all exercises without stopping. Good Luck!

500m Row                        - Set the rowing machine to level 10

20 Press Ups                     - Guys do full press, girls do as many as you can then switch to knees.

100 Rebound Knee Ups     - Lifting Knees to 90 degrees or above

30 Hanging Knee Riases     - Lift knees above 90 degrees
