Workout of the Week - Week 8

Perform as many reps as you can within 2 minutes for each exercise. Rest for 30 seconds after each exercise.

1) Bench Press - weight is half your body weight including the bar.
2) TRX Rows - Heels must be on the metal plate.
3) Trap Bar Deadlifts - weight is half your body weight including the bar.

Add together all the reps completed for your result.
