8 Week Resolution Challenge

Statistics have shown that by mid January 95% of people who have made a NEW YEARS RESOLUTION have not started it and have no intention of starting it.
That's crazy!!!!
A question 'The resolution must have been important otherwise why make it?' Or perhaps the question should really be, 'Is the resolution important enough?'
Why make a resolution? Four reasons:

One of the biggest (and in our opinion most important) resolutions that someone will make involves their health and well being. Wanting to get fit, have more energy, lose weight, feel great, gain confidence and get healthy. This is not only IMPORTANT....its VITALLY IMPORTANT.
I guess what we're saying is 'start your year...start your resolution with your health first!!! Imagine starting each day with loads of energy, looking great and feeling healthy.
HOW???? Two Simple Steps
Step 1
Join the gym for 12 months on our special resolution challenge membership. Committ yourself to 12 months of exercise. Go on....we promise you'll like!!!! Even if you can only do 3 days a week, that's better than nothing.
Step 2
Take our 8 Week Resolution Challenge. We know that 8 weeks is enough time to make a noticable difference to you health, fitness and appearence.
As long as you are committed to your resolution, we will help you achieve it step by step.
