I have been training in the Fitness Industry for the last 13 years, and working in it for the last 8 years. I've had the pleasure of training many people and helping them achieve their goals.

Kent's Exercise of the Week

To ensure that you apply and keep your diet goals, build up slowly by choosing and maintaining one tip every couple of days until you are successfully applying all 10 fat loss tips each day. This will help you create new and lasting dietary habits. Drink 2 litres of water daily. When you feel hungry, a lot of the time it is your body telling you, you are dehydrated. Do not let yourself get thirsty. Have your meals planned in advance. This reduces the risk of buying convenience food which are high in sugars and fats.

Exercise first thing in the morning before breakfast, there is no excuses and your body will burn mainly stored fat as your carbohydrate stores will/ should be depleted. Treat food as a fuel for your body and not a friend to your emotions. Stay busy. You are less likely to eat when you’re busy than when you’re bored, and you will burn more calories and reduce chances of storing unused calories as fat.
