I have extensive experience with sports players in the areas of injury prevention and injury recovery. Over the past 9 years I have been the masseuse and strapper for various 1st Division Rugby teams and Rep teams including the Canterbury Maori Rugby Team and the Red Devils development squad. I have also treated competitive skiers, basketball players, golfers and a current NZ tri-athlete representative.

Therapeutic Massage.
I also specialise in Positional Therapy treatment which is non invasive and will often produce that same results as deep tissue in a shorter period of time with little or no latent soreness.
