A great mix of protein and carbs to keep you sustained through out the morning!
- 3 egg whites
- 3 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
- 1/2 c Oats
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- Dash of salt
- 1 Tbsp. dried cranberries
1. Beat eggs, milk and vanilla together.
2. Blend oats to form a fine flour and add in the baking powder and salt.
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients together and fold through cranberries.
4. Pour batter into a mug and microwave for 2-2.5 minutes.
