Energy Booster Smoothie

This quick & easy clean green energy booster smoothie will be your new breakfast buddy. Using simple, energizing ingredients, this makes for the ideal post work-out replenisher or a rise and shine breakfast staple.


Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 handful fresh baby spinach
½ tsp cinnamon
1 cup water or coconut water

Steps:

Chop banana into small pieces
Fill blender with first 5 ingredients
Add cup of water
slowly add more water to thin (if desired)
serve in a glass jar and sprinkle with cinnamon on top
