Choc Chippie Biscuits

A healthier recipe for these wee gems!

  • 2/3 c almond flour (ground almonds)
  • 1/3 c cooked oats (in water)
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 heaped Tbsp dry oats
  • 1/2 c dark chocolate chips


1. Blend almonds first and then continue by adding all the ingredients but the chocolate chips.

2. Put mixture into a bowl and fold through the chocolate chips.

3. Place spoonfuls of mixture onto a baking lined tray.

4. Bake for 20 minutes at 170 degrees or until golden.
