Clean Choc Bark
1 cup cacao butter, finely chopped
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup or to taste
1/4 cup coconut flakes
2 tbsp. goji berries
2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
A sprinkle of freeze dried berries
Place cacao butter into a heat-proof bowl over a pot of slowly simmering water. Ensure the bowl is not touching the water. Take the bowl off the pot when cacao butter has melted.
Stir through the cacao powder and sweetener
Spread liquid chocolate mix over lined baking tray and sprinkle the coconut, goji berries, pumpkin seeds and freeze-dried berries over the top
Place in the freezer for approximately 10 mins to set. Once set, break up the bark into small pieces.
