Cookie Dough Bites
Great for a snack or to cure those sugary cravings!
- 1/2 c oats
- 1/2 c natural peanut butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla essence
- 2 squares of dark chocolate
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 egg whites
- 1 Tbsp. almond milk
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
2. Form dough into balls and place onto wax paper set on a plate.
3. Pop into freezer for an hour or so until set.
