So Simple to make but tastes delicious

The best device to make ice cream is a Yonanas machine. It’s a machine where you can put any frozen fruit into and it turns it into ice-cream! It’s so easy and best of all its clean! I have a cheaper version of the yonanas machine which you can purchase at Kmart for $40! Money well spent.

Clean Eating Chocolate Banana Ice Cream

4 medium bananas
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons honey

slice your bananas into a container with a lid. Put in the freezer over night or until thoroughly frozen. It’s important that they are completely frozen.
Empty your frozen banana slices into a food processor. Add all other ingredients and turn on your processor. That’s it!
Note: This is NOT something you can put back in the freezer after making. This is strictly a make and serve dish. Freezing the finished ice cream turns it into something pretty yucky. So make it and eat it!

Alternative: If you prefer, you can just do the bananas and milk with a splash of vanilla extract. It’s very similar to vanilla ice cream, and you don’t have to add any additional sweeteners like you do when you add cocoa powder. (Serves 4)

Clean Eating Strawberry Ice Cream

2 bananas, sliced and frozen                                                      
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup frozen strawberries (or 1/2 cup fresh fruit or any other addition)

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. You may have to stop it, remove the lid and poke around at everything a few times to convince the processor to blend it all. And if the mixture seems too dry to process properly, add a small splash or two of milk or to get things loosened up enough to blend. Then start it again. Actually, you may have to do that a few times. But it will blend, I promise. (Makes 8 servings)
