Maple Oat Slice
A healthy version of our much loved Muesli Bars!
- 1. 2 Tbsp sugar free maple syrup
- 3/4 c Oats
- 1 Tbsp sugar free drinking chocolate
- 2 Tbsp coconut
- 1 scoop protein powder
- Splash of almond milk
- Water for consistency
- Optional - 1 Tbsp dark chocolate nibs
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and add water as needed. The consistancy should fairly thick and sticky
2. Press into a tray and pop into the freezer for an hour.
3. Take out an cut into 4 slices.
4. Keep stored in the fridge or freezer.
