Maple Oat Slice

A healthy version of our much loved Muesli Bars!


  • 1. 2 Tbsp sugar free maple syrup
  • 3/4 c Oats
  • 1 Tbsp sugar free drinking chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp coconut
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • Splash of almond milk
  • Water for consistency
  • Optional - 1 Tbsp dark chocolate nibs

Method

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and add water as needed. The consistancy should fairly thick and sticky

2. Press into a tray and pop into the freezer for an hour.

3. Take out an cut into 4 slices.

4. Keep stored in the fridge or freezer.
