Banana Crumble

Gluten free, delicious and made of all natural ingredients!


  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1c shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c slivered almonds
  • 1/2 c ground almonds
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds

Method

1. Add banana pieces to a baking dish. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp honey and lemon juice then sprinkle with cinnamon.

2. In a small saucepan on a low heat, melt together remaining honey and coconut oil. Add the coconut, nuts, seeds then mix well to combine. Spoon on top of bananas.

3. Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden.

4. Serve with Greek yoghurt.
