High in protein and totally satisfying!
- 1 egg + 2 whites
- Splash of trim milk
- 1 small tin of chicken (in spring water)
- 2 Tbsp. diced red onion
- 1 tomato
- Handful of diced spinach
- Cooking spray
- Salt & pepper
1. Whisk together eggs, milk and finish with a little salt and pepper.
2 Heat a non-stick pan and spray with a little oil, pour in egg mixture and cook on a low heat until alomst cooked through.
3. Sprinkle over egg, spinach, onion and tomato and cook for a further minute.
4. Slide onto your plate and enjoy.
