Tofu & Chickpea Patties

Tofu & Chickpea Patties

A delicious vegetarian option, serve with salad or your favourite veggies!


  • 1/2 a packet of firm tofu
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 c chopped onion
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c oats
  • 1 tsp. coriander
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Method

1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor, except oilve oil.

2. Form 8 patties, using approximatley 1/3c of mixture for each pattie.

3. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add patties and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until browned.
