Clean Nachos

A yummy treat meal made clean!

  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 300g premium beef or chicken mince
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 wholemeal wrap per person


1. Dice up onion & capsicum and fry until soft. Add cumin, oregano, chilli, salt and pepper.

2. Add in chopped tomatoes and simmer for a few minutes. Add mince and simmer until thickened.

3. Slice each wrap into triangles and bake until golden.

4. Mash up avocado and lemon juice and serve on top of mince. Use wrap triangles as your dippers.
