Homemade Hummus

Ingredients
3 cloves garlic
2 c. canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 tsp. sea salt
⅓ C. tahini
Juice of two lemons
1 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Pulse for a few minutes until well blended.
  • Adjust seasonings. Transfer to a serving bowl.
