Apricot Bliss Balls


Cashew Apricot Bliss Balls

Makes about 16 snack sized balls

Gluten free, Dairy free and Vegan

 

Ingrediants:

  • 1 ½ cup cashew pieces
  • 1 ½ cups dried apricots roughly chopped
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • ½ teaspoon ginger powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • pinch of sea salt
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Extra desincated coconut
  • 1 scoop of Protein powder – Optional 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Steps:

Put cashews in food processor and process for several minutes, add remaining mixture and blend until mixture can be pressed into a ball, if neccessay, add a little water to help mixture combine (start with just one teaspoon of water)

 Form into little balls, roll each ball in coconut if desired.
