Curb those cravings with our CLEAN chocolate!
- 200g raw nuts of your choice (cashews, almonds, pistachios)
- 150g coconut oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp. liquid honey
1. Place the nuts in a blender until finely chopped, if you would like smooth chocolate then blend until smooth.
2. Using your stovetop, boil water and place a bowl over top.
3. Add coconut oil to the bowl until it is melted into a liquid and add the honey. Mix well. Add vanilla and cocoa powder. Mix well into the liquid.
4. Using a seperate bowl, place the chopped nuts in and slowly mix the liquid mixture until combined.
5. Place the mixture into a tray and place into the fridge for 10 minutes. Then take out and slice into squares. Pop back into fridge until set.
