Nut Butter Balls

Ideal for 3:30itis!


  • 2 1/2 c ground almonds
  • 1 1/2 c natural almond or peanut butter
  • 1/2 c chia seeds
  • 3/4 c sugar free maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Zest of 1 large orange
  • 1 c dried cranberries
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp all spice

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

2. Roll into small balls - about the size of a shelled walnut.

3. Place on baking paper and pop into the freezer for 2 hours.

4. Keep stored in the freezer.
