Peanut Butter Yoghurt
Low fat, tasty and satisfying!
- 1 c plain non fat yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp. softened natural peanut butter
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp. stevia
1. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and no lumps.
2. Pop into freezer for an hour or so to give a yummy cold, semi frozen texture.
