Peanut Butter Yoghurt

Low fat, tasty and satisfying!

  • 1 c plain non fat yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp. softened natural peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp. stevia


1. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and no lumps.

2. Pop into freezer for an hour or so to give a yummy cold, semi frozen texture.
