P/B & Fruit Quesadilla
The perfect pre-workout snack!
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 wholegrain tortilla
- 1 small ripe banana
- 2-3 strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Cooking spray
1. Spread peanut butter onto tortilla.
2. Slice banana and strawberries over the tortilla and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
3. Fold the tortilla in half and press down.
4. Spray a pan with a little oil and fry each tortilla until golden brown.
5. Cut into quarters and enjoy.
