A perfect high protein snack!
- 330g raw whole almonds or walnuts
- 60g protein powder
- 16 dates
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Coconut for rolling
1. Add almonds/walnuts, cinnamon, protein powder & cocoa into a blender until it resembles a crumble mixture.
2. Add dates, vanilla essence and blend again - add a splash of water if you need to.
3. Roll into 14 balls and roll through coconut and store in the fridge.
