Turkey Muffins

Great for the lunch box or a healthy snack to take to an event!


  • 900g turkey/chicken mince
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1c dry oats
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 diced celery stalks

Method

1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees.

2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.

3. Roll mixture into balls and place in muffin tins.

4. Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
