When i couldn't stand to look in a mirror i knew it was time to do something. Its not easy to take that first step, but im sure glad i did it.

If your budget allows engage a personal trainer. As they keep you focused on your goals and encourage you constantly. They are also fun to workout with.
If your budget doesn't allow for a PT then go with a friend as on the occasional day you feel like giving the gym a miss. This means You won't as you won't want to let your friend down.
