Tell us a little bit about yourself and why you decided to make a change to your health?
I am 55 years old and work in an office so i don't get much excersise during the day. I've always had a tendency to be a yoyo dieter and have been up and down weight wise in the past. I decided to make the change as I felt older than what I was. I would get up in the morning feeling sluggish & my feet ached for about 5 mins. I had to make a change this time for good.

What has been your biggest challenge during this lifestyle change?
My biggest challenge throughout my lifestyle change would be getting organised and writing everything down honestly. I have had help along the way from my personal trainer/family & friends. Being honest with yourself is the biggest change anyone can make if they want to make changes

What motivates you to continue with this lifestyle?
My new found freedom to go shopping in 'normal' shops. The confidence I've gained from looking and feeling good. My new life, new partner and family keep me motivated all the time. I have done it for ME but at the end of the day everyone benefits.

I love food all kinds of food. I guess my favourite would be have to be chicken or turkey chilli.

What is your favourite form of exercise to do and why?
